• Documents and Images (On Device): Your images, PDFs, annotations, and page edits stay on your device. We do not upload or store your documents on our servers.
• AI Mode: If you choose AI conversion, we send the minimum necessary data to our AI provider (Replicate) to process your request and return a result. We do not store your PDFs or extracted content after processing.
• Payments: Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment details.

We do not collect any unnecessary personal information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information only to:

• Provide core features like converting images to PDFs, reordering pages, annotating, saving, and sharing.
• Run AI conversion when you explicitly request it (via Replicate).
• Respond to support inquiries if you contact us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

3. Data Storage and Security

PDF Converter is designed so your documents remain on your device.

If you use AI conversion, data is transmitted to Replicate for processing. We do not store your PDFs on our servers and we do not maintain a history of your AI conversions.

You can delete your documents at any time from within the app or by removing the app from your device.

4. User Responsibilities

You may not upload or generate:

• NSFW or sexually explicit images
• Illegal or harmful content (including child exploitation material, copyrighted works you don't own, or hate content)

We may restrict access to AI conversion features for behavior that breaks these rules.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Payments are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play.

We do not store or have access to your payment details.

Prices may vary by region. Subscriptions are auto‑renewable but can be canceled at any time via your App Store or Google Play account settings.

• $39.99 yearly subscription (no trial)

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your documents on your device within the app.
• Delete your documents at any time.

7. Children's Privacy

PDF Converter is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age.
