2. Data and Security

We do not create a user account for you.

Your documents and images remain on your device. We do not upload or store your PDFs on our servers.

If you choose AI conversion, we send the minimum necessary data to our AI provider (Replicate) to process your request and return the result. We do not store your PDFs after processing.

You can delete documents at any time from within the app or by uninstalling the app.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload, share, or generate any content that is:

• NSFW or sexually explicit
• Violent, abusive, or harassing
• Illegal or promotes illegal activity (including but not limited to copyrighted material you do not own, child exploitation material, or hate speech)

We reserve the right to restrict access to AI conversion features for violations of these rules.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Pricing is displayed in USD and may vary by region.

PDF Converter offers:

• A weekly subscription at $4.99 with a 3‑day free trial.
• A yearly subscription at $39.99 (no trial).

Subscriptions are auto‑renewable unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

We do not store or have access to your payment details.

5. Intellectual Property

PDF Converter and its content (excluding user-created documents) are owned by Constantin Gînga. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

PDF Converter is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service. AI conversion results may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF Converter and Constantin Gînga are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, loss of documents, or decisions made based on AI conversion output.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to subscription features if you violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription, deleting your documents, or uninstalling the app.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
